Jack has over 20 years of experience working for three Specialty Chemical companies in the spectrum of Heavy Industry. He held middle and executive level positions with Arco Chemical's Chemlink and Baker Hughes, Baker Performance Chemicals and Baker Petrolite.

Jack's responsiblities included Sales, Manufacturing, Human Resources, I.T., Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and Health and Safety. This experience allows for a broad knowledge of these disciplines and insights into his present recruiting efforts for client companies and candidates alike. Jack recruits on a worldwide basis.
